Poor and Very bad service

The service with Rain network is very poor. Whether you are connected or not, you have to pay their service. January till today I am experiencing the same problem and I'm expected to pay full amount for their poor service. Today the 15/03/2021, I spoke to one of their consultant Noluthando, whom while I was complaining she just told me to go and make an informed decision and come back to them... That's f@?ken up, meaning I don't deserve to be their customer!!!
