Poor and Stupid Service

I received a call from some lady who clearly does not know anything regarding the payment for my account and I advised that I’m cancelling the agreement and this lady had the audacity to tell me that I’m liable to pay for this month as I use the services and pay after. I explained to this lady that I did not enter into an agreement with rain so where does she get the things she’s saying and said it’s in their terms and conditions well news flash it’s not there. Rain please cancel this stupid subscription and don’t call me again.
