POOR AND SLOW SERVICE

I collected my SIM card on Thursday,can't activate it online as the order still shows as processing the order whereas I have it with me.Can't get through to your phone lines,says tecnological problem,no response via the so-called "support" e-mail.no response via on;line chat,no response via FB messenger either!!!
