Poor and shady business from rain

I was with rain for 2months, when I reported that I can't afford anymore, we spoke on WhatsApp and agreed, but come end of the month I was told I'm owing even though I wasn't using the service anymore, and I did not sign up for that, I packed their property nicely waiting for collection, even though I started paying the money I was told I owed, in installments of R50, but I later realized I'm stil being charged, to date I'm told I'm owing over R3k, but I'm not their service, no property collection arrangements,
