Poor and Pathetic service

Hi, please note that I have been waiting patiently for an agent to contact me but I have received anything regarding the poor and pathetic service I am receiving from you.

I have been leaving reviews because there is no other way to get a hold of you.

Tuesday the 21st of July 2020 I left a review asking why I'm receiving my signal from a tower 44KM away from me when the closet one is less than 2KM away. I was contacted and was told that I would be contacted within 24-48 hours, and I am still waiting for feedback.

Please tell me am I wasting my time and money because of my expectations that is being promised from your service, as I am getting less than 1 MB/s. Do I need to find another service provider or can we resolve this issue?
