Poor and Pathetic service

Good Day,

Once again I'm writing a review about the Poor and Pathetic service that is being provided.

The agents promise to get back to me after every single review but they have no idea how to resolve this issue. They are either *********** and have no problem resolving experience regarding the service.

My speed is still less then 1MB/s because I am receiving signal from the furthest tower from me instead of one 2KM away. I've been instructed to change settings on my router and get back to them with the outcome, as I have done and nothing is changing and I give the feedback they requested but then that's where it ends.

Can a supervisor with actual experience regarding this problem that has been the issue since I started with this service please contact me as the only outcome I see is canceling my service if this cannot be resolved.
