poor and misleading service

This company right here is a **** of note and I hope people will not fall for its dirty marketing tricks like some of us have fallen for them. I needed an internet service provider since I started working from home, I went for Rain as it was cheaper and was or is supposed o be a pay as you use service: little did I know that it was all just a lie. I stopped using the sim card as it was giving me issues- so no data was used right? Only to find that they kept billing me, I am busy querying why that has happened as I have not used their service and I am not getting a response. I want to lay an official complaint with ICASA to have the mater resolved, more people need to ask ICASA to intervene so that such ****** can stop robbing and taking advantage of people.

your billing team is not really helpful, I want my refund and for this sim card cancelled. The lack of urgency , empathy and service is really disheartening to say the least. Why am I being deducted whereas I have not utilized your service?

I find it amazing that they don't disclose this information when they lure you to buy the sim card, they tell you that you pay for what you use and yet they come here claiming that they charge subscription services even if you're not using their poor service. I stopped using the sim card because it was giving me problems and talking to these people to have it resolved ends in tears so I just stopped using it. This thing of not being transparent should be a crime, surely this is ******* and should be reported to powers that be. I am not satisfied with the responses that I am receiving from this company.
