Poor and *********** service

Pathetic service. I cancelled my subscription on the 5th July and @rainSouthAfrica acknowledged that the service will be canceled as of 1 st August. On Friday the 31st of July they switched off the internet but on Sunday the 2nd debited my account. I want my money asap. I've complained about the bad reception and no internet for the past few months and their client support is poor. They are pathetic and ***********. They must refund my money, I should be asking for 3 months refund since I struggled to connect even for whatasspp chats.
