Poor after sales service delivery
Poor service delivery -after sales. Quick to install and collect debit order, though on cancellation with the 30 day notice, they fail to cancel the debit order and keep collecting instalments. I have contacted Rain mobile, 4 times, with no success of them even contacting me back on service tickets logged.

05 Feb 2025, 16:24Very convenient for Rain to reply on the collection of the wifi, but not on the subscription that they owe me. A subscription that was not owed by me. Rain to arrange the courier to collect the wifi as per contract.
