Poor, absolutely s*** service!!!!! Disappointing

I ordered a 5g home basic. Router delivered on the 4th, no sim card, but they request papers for rica. Still to today no sim card, Cancellation logged last week, no one is getting back to me. Lost leave days in order to wait for rain at home. Lost money as i have to call them to follow up, rain likes to waste time and resources, do yourself a favour and stay away from this company
