Poor
Haven't even recieved my order yet after 5 business days as stated. Will only be getting it 5 days from now. So 10 days total. Can't get hold of any agents, they are not phoning back. Not looking forward to how the rest of their service will be.

01 Feb 2024, 14:34As stated above, i'm aware about the delivery being scheduled yes. 5 days from today, I ordered last week friday. And for the past 2 days when trying to get into contact with rain, I get no response. Hence i'm also saying that I can't imagine that the service will be any better if I ever have any speed issues, setup issues etc.
