Poor 5G speed in milnerton !
I have been complaining about slow speed in milnerton area on 5G i get 5mbps down and up is 2mbps. so i was told to clear cache and clear other devices and nothing is wrong with site. i moved the router to my other premisis and there i get 30mbps down and 4 mbps up. So with this test please don't tell me that there is nothing wrong. i had the same years ago when the 4g was congested. To tell the truth the 4g speed is higher than the 5g. don't believe me then look at all screenshots in facebook messenger

23 Apr 2024, 10:01So they say the tower experience minor problems. and i must do a switch to 4g. bare in mind that say that it will not be attended to they wait till it will be cleared. so they tell me also speed from 35bps to 4.50 mbps is ok this is not minor this is huge minor would of been 25mbps on 30mbps this is major. It is unacceptable for Rain to tell me to go 4g when 5g should be better and faster. tell me i have online 22 devices when i log in i only see 7 online devices

04 May 2024, 18:32Please stop apologizing and do something. the internet connection go dead every 10- 20 minutes for 1-2 minutes, if you know something you will know that if you in online gaming then this service provider is not anymore worth it but quick to disconnect when you do not pay. Is this a way rain sabotage a connection to let you go to RAIN ONE? 4g could not even connect at times and 5g is slow.
