Poor 5G service

5G service that is worse than 4G!! Easy to buy the router, but very poor responsiveness to address the service issues and complaints. 3 calls & 3 references later, promises that "Engineers" will be in touch to address the issue have come to nothing over the last month. Have had to purchase data from another network to have uninterrupted service, while rain collects debit order.
