Pooor service

I hate rain,rain is a nightmare I swear😭Your network is very week and when I wanted to cancel the subscription they said I owe R962 for what I don’t know because I was using a R250 deal but I paid it and I was able to unsubscribe and cancel the contract the following month they debited for what I don’t know now they saying um owing them.And we can’t even reach them but they are able to call us……aggggg you guys are ****mers!!!
