Policy cancelled but still being debited .

I cancelled my subscription on the 15th of aug and was promised the plan will be cancelled which was done but i got debited and i was informed i will not pay as it was cancelled and im still waiting for communication for youll to come fetch the router and stop debiting my account as its cancelled and now paying for a service im not getting ,,,bad service given to someone who has never missed a payment im sick and tired
