Pointless call centre

I have had connection issuers for the last 5 days and nothing has been done. The call centre tells me that my calls are escalated but nothing happens same connectivity issues same time everyday. Today I heard that “all my tickets were closed due to compression” meaning there were too many complaints. My calls were dropped intentionally twice today after my agent John went dead silent on me and “refused” so to speak to answer my questions.
