Please stop taking yous customers for a ride.

I am told that 3 towers around me are faulty and there's no 5G service yet I am paying for a 5G package. The connection becomes nonexistent after 5pm, mostly the connection is on 0mbps on 30mbps line. It's been long that these towers have been down and no interest in restoring them. Please stop toying with people.
