I wish there was a -1 star I could give them. I made a hello peter post after numerous mails have been ignored asking why I was charged for a random amount after I had already canceled, and trying to get my refund from them for the month I had no internet because of their *** connection. They rep**** on the post they would refund me and I have still not received any feedback after that. Just mails asking me to rate their service. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM RAIN!!!
