PLEASE SORT YOUR 4G NETWORK OUT IN WIDENHAM UMKOMAAS

Honestly Rain is the worst network. Some of us choose Rain as a provider because its the only option for "Fast" internet as Fibre isn't a thing in some areas and neither is 5G. ADSL speeds in some areas cant go higher than 4MBps, and we all want fast internet speeds but it isn't available. I turned to rain to solve this issue, i was told 10Mps, Uncapped, No FUPs. After using Rain now for the 4th month, its absolutely terrible, the first month my speeds only picked up after 6pm and after 11pm it was under 1Mbps, i never ever got 10Mbps during the day (i should mention im on the 24/7 Unlimited Package with full reception in a huawei B525 router with an external antenna) Going into the past two months, my speeds didnt pick up at all, i would be lucky to get 2MBps as i was Averaging just under 1MBps. No customer support, Terrible speeds, all for R479 a month. I had high expectations for Rain and sadly they were not met.
