Please refund my money because you disconnected me
I joined rain on the 12th of Dec 2024... All was good, cover rage was pleasing and enjoying every moment with rain.
Until late January.. Network coverage became poor but I still had hopes... But still no changes... The whole of Feb 2025 it has been so bad and I am paying....
I then decided to cancel the morning on the 27th of February and they had already taken my R625... I called on the 27th of Feb to cancel and demanded my money back... I was told they will only refund me once they have collected their router... It's scheduled to be collected tomorrow on the 4th of March 2025...but then I want my money as I need to pay for something new that I subscribe ls with... I comp**** with them to collect their router but what about my money... I want my refund of R625.... January they debited me twice nd said they can't see my debit order it wasn't them.. But the description said rain purchase... I am enough of this rain honestly... I want my money back.
