Please Refund me back cause u are unable to professional service me

Rating Communication 0 Professional 0 Oh right I am unhappy consumer at this moment because I placed an order during the process of waiting I lost my wallet over the weekend which had everything it was then unfortunately they are delivering Monday I pnly had a copy guess what the courier was rude and arrogant to me did not even want to listen to anything I say right fast forward escaled my matter to rain they say they will communicate my matter to the courier, but they say they did not receive any communication so Now I have decided to cancel till to date I am still waiting for my refund its January now my kids have went back to school we need internet can rain refund me I will take my services somewhere Thank you
