Please refund me as promised on a few occasions

I've been waiting for a refund for a month now. Made numerous calls and submitted a few tickets on the app.

Every time I call I speak to someone different who transfers me to someone and I get told it will be processed.

When surely it can't take a month to refund someone for funds you took that you were not supposed to take.

Spent so much money on airtime because if you choose the option for them to call you back because of high calls volumes the chances of someone calling is slim to none.
