Please refund me

Last month I called to cancel my Rain contract. They helped me on the line and it was done. On the 5th of August another guy called me about the cancellation, I confirmed that I was cancelling and he said it is processed. Today I was debited again. Please can I have a refund and also a letter stating my account is cancelled.
