Please rain team

I have two rooters with rain. The one that is giving me a problem is the OPPO one last year I called them because it was not working the guy that came he came with the new rooter it was OPPO again I called the call center telling them that they must change these rooter the lady said it is not possible to change it, now the same rooter is not working again.I am pleading with the rain team to give me new rooter with the different name cause the OPPO one is a no no for me
