Please Rain maintain your existing infrastructure

I am a residency of Cosmo Creek in Zandspruit and the area experiences poor network coverage. What is ironic about this area is that there is a Rain base station that is supposed to provide the network for that area within a radius of about 300m from where I stay but apparently it either needs critical maintenance or provides poor to no signal at all. What is the use of having such infrastructure when it does not provide the service? It would have been better if Rain could redeem itself from numerous customer frustrations, and complaints about poor to no network at all if it gets into the business of fixing this network tower and let alone other towers in a similar state. Come on Rain, you can do better than this
