Please pay back my 3 months I stalment as no service has been rendered

My 1st sim in mpumalanga works wonders then I decided to add another in PE for my family, it's been 3 months and no service at all. All I want is my I stalment back as they know through my complaints that no one cares to answer or attend to that there is no usage it only runs on night surf between 12 midnight and 5 in the morning otherwise we have to buy data from other service providers to work from home and watch anything online
