PLEASE LET ME PAY MY RAIN SO I CAN WFH

I purchased my rain sim on 7 July 2020, I went to a clicks store to purchase, I activated my own sim, without support, I have been using my unlimited package of R479 ever since, 25th of July I started requesting payment methods as I want to pay for my next due, 5 August sometime comes back to me and says there is a "pay now" option on my dashboard, which there is not... Ther is no debit order that went off either.... Now I understand it's covid-19.... But u guys really need a back up plan, the network is still running, my personal router goes red from time to time whereby I was expecting coz I didn pay.... Now I'm WFH.... N if the sim is not gona be paid.... I'm not gona be working... And if I'm not gona be WORKING... Im going to be without a job... N I'm going to hold rain personally liable should I get in trouble.... I have never ever begged a company to pay them...
