PLEASE JUST LET ME CANCEL

Really disappointed. i have moved and need to cancel my subscription... how the phone line doesn't work and the website doesn't show where i can cancel.

Also i am getting daily messages to pay for this money, despite wanting to cancel and despite actually having paid this month anyway.

Sort this out now.

That is really very interesting... so what you are saying is at the end of January (post January) i am paying for December and not January... so you guys are giving me internet two months in advance? in other words I'm paying for internet in February for internet use in December... okay so i will then pay for January in March? Fine, please note that i am cancelling my subscription now, and after the next payment no further payments will be made.
