Please fix your towers immediately

One star rating is to much for Rain I’ve been struggling to get a proper connection it’s been over a month and still nothing ,I live less than a kilometre away from a tower and still rain is pathetic I wouldn’t recommend anyone to take out any sim with these ****s they deduct R479 every month and deliver no service I can’t even do a speed test on the rain platform my speeds are 0.01mbps I mean I’m less than a kilometre away from a tower fix this immediately I will not pay a cent if this is not fixed it’s been going on for to long .Fix your towers so that there can be less traffic on the tower
