Please fix this I wanna pay

Rain says month to month not a contract,am not with there service because I was way for 3 month and the suspended my services as agreed,now I wanna pay and use it but it says I owe them for 3 month,while I didn't use there service at all,what's the money for because you said you not on contract as I took the service
