Please fetch your 5Grouter, it doesn't work.

My sim card was activated from the 8th of June 2020 and I have been billed already yet I have sent them numerous emails telling them that the router does not connect to the internet and all I get is that someone will contact me and a ref number which is *** and no one has contacted me yet, they have no contact number and worse of all their communication is pathetic l am very disappointed and I wanted the data for online learning for my son but thanks to rain that is not happening, can they please fetch it.
