Please don’t take Rain WiFi , bunch of *******

Absolutely pathetic service , it’s been 3 week that I have no internet , yesterday It worked ok for 2 hours then I had no internet, I am sending emails upon emails but don’t get a dam reply and when they do reply they mail you after 4 days and say they working on it then nothing happens, they don’t have a call center open even tho most companies are back at work , they are ducking customers and queries, I can’t even tell you how angry I am , in this covid 19 pandemic we all are trying to work from home and save our jobs but when we don’t have internet and can’t do our work our companies will see us as a liability and get rid of us , RAIN don’t care about customers they only care about money , I will get Wendy Nola details and I will report this and I will make her see this network for what it really is ( deceiving dogs ) .
