Please dont go with RAIN Internet

Rain Internet is really worst Service provider WHY.......... 1. there sales consultants rush to increase the sales only without knowing that area is having any coverage for 5G connection or not They sold me 5G connection by September till November but no internet was there , i struggle a lot and cancelled that connection. 2. They deduct money from your account for cancelled connection. 3. There service consultants don't know what to do hence just giving you service ticket numbers and never call you back with resolution and later they close the ticket. 4. Whenever you make a call regarding your service ticket they cannot fetch the last conversation or issues , you need to explain everything from start , basically you are singing same song again and again but no resolution. 5. There billing cycle is not working correctly they charge me 1st Nov 2021 499 for 5G 25th Nov 2021 479 for 4G During Dec No Money 3rd Jan 2022 978 (479 4G + 499 5G which is cancelled connection) 1st Feb 2022 543.39 So i dont understand why they are over charging me

I am requesting refund for my 5G connection (as there is no tower at my area for 5G but still they sold me that connection)

But no one is responding
