Please don't get RAIN

OK so this is my last time for this month I'm going to try this. I'm removing my active account as you won't get money from me for this ****ing poor service. I have requested time and time again. Me and my dad had a tech out as well that would have done tests as they saw the tower is ***ed. Now we are on the third day and still nothing has been done. I got switched temporarily to a different tower from my dad who lives on the same propety, and the tests came out with better results. I finally were able to get work done. Then for some reason I'm back on the broken Tower. It is so bad that when doing a simple speed test, my connection breaks and I have to sit and wait for 1-4 minutes before something happens. If I could I would have already shot down your tower antennas as they are pretty much useless anyway. We aint guinea ***s that you use for tests. Fix your stuff and make sure before moving anyone. If this is not done soon you can come collect your stuff box and all in the road. Your product is this far the less liked thing next to NDZ in this country and that is all on you as you keep selling and getting customers that hate the product. Please update you stuff to state that there will be a maybe look at the problems in a month's time as support services does not exist.
