Please DON'T get involved with Rain
Your service is embarrassing, and you know it. How do we cancel our contract/debit order payments, as I can see you removed the contact us form from the website (not as if it ever worked..). Do you have ANY customer support form, where people actually replying? To others, who read it. Please write a Google review on Rain, as there are more people exposed to Google.
