So i ordered my wifi last week on monday i called rain customer service to ask if a third party can receive my wifi i got a answer that it would not be a problem so after that ccd received my package to deliver it so i had a problem with the tracking of my parcel so i called ccd and then they said they cant give the parcel to a third party they need authorize... From rain so now my parcel is not getting delivered because rains logistics department is not authorizing ... So how long exactly do i need to wait for rain and ccd to deliver my things and nun of the two is returing my emails so im left in the dark on this matter

11 Nov 2022, 13:20I work from 7 in the morning til 20:00 there no way that i can receive it ill rica online. Or please arange delivery for saterday thats the only day im availble , so or do the authorize or do a satwrday delivery which ever work the easiest thanks
