Please come collect your device

After having my issue sorted and then not sorted Rain cancelled my 5G service after only having it work for 3 days, unable to reinstate the service. Since then I have asked daily for them to come and collect their router and if there are any more deductions to come off my account just to be ignored. PLEASE TELL ME WHEN THEY COMING TO COLLECT THE ROUTER so I can move over to another provider. This is ridiculous and I want written confirmation that NO MORE MONEY will be taken off my account as I literally paid for a month with NO INTERNET and customer service that sucks. DONT EVER SIGN UP WITH RAIN
