Please catch a wake up

Rain customer service is really really poor. Firstly I paid them end Nov, then they wanted a payment on the 15th of Dec which was odd but nevertheless I thought because it's Dec they want to be paid and yes I paid another full amount and today my services were canceled after I sent them numerous messages explaining thos very issue. The entire Nov and Dec I have been trying to contact them because if we get 6hours of internet a day then we are blessed. I am very unhappy about their service and even considering canceling with them completely.
