Please cancel my subscription as requested 2 months ago!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Rain for the past two months but keep getting sent from pillar to post by their consultants. They have been deducting R739 from my account for two months now while I've stopped using their service. Please assist in canceling my subscription asap and refund me on the monthly deduction for a service I've not being using. Your consultants are very quick for new business but play ********* games on cancelation
