Please cancel my service

I have had problems with both my Rain Sims were I can't make or receive calls and with multiple calls to call center and no help. Since I can't enjoy the full experience of rain I was wondering if my service can be canceled effective immediately and I get a refund for what I paid and you collect the router as soon as possible please
