Please cancel my plan and stop deducting money from my account

I wrote a review few days ago all i got was a lame response from Yeoline from Rain Internet Service Provider, I want to cancel my contract and it's sayin next deduction is on next month i won't pay anything since I'm not using your service. please don't take me for a fool. I want you guys to stop my contract next thing I know you'll be deducting again. Don't make me expose you for your **** rain sim please cancel my subscription since you said you'll get to me but you didn't call. #StopMyRainPlan. You guys are the worst no lie.
