PLEASE CALL ME

I have received nothing but bad service. Since I started my subscription the wifi has been a nightmare and the customer service has been **********. I have made the decision to move to another provider but now that I want to cancel my subscription, no one will talk to me. I've called multiple times just to be put on hold, I've also asked for many call backs and all I get are emails that state, "help is on the way". If they were superheroes we'd all be dead. Please could someone from Rain call me back URGENTLY before I get roped into paying for another month of extremely poor service.
