Please assist

I was extremely happy with rain despite the initial delivery problem i had so all was good for about 3 months now basicly 25 people in my coplex and me have no service for about 3 days now can someone please tell me why .... The area is Pretoria east moraletta park /elarduspark / pretoruis park
