PLEASE ADVISE, THEY DONT CANCEL THE SIM LAIRS!!!!!!!!!!!!

No Service No Connection, and when you cancel they just send an email sorry you need to pay before cancel and my account is paid up to date. JJ Botha is not responding to any of my emails, I have send now in total 3 and last night 3 NO Respons , NO ONE AT RAIN DELIVERS AN SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Pay you must pay, I did pay my account IN FULL, Please advise why JJ BOTHA IS NOT Resonding to my email, facebook messages, I just want to cancell my sim I cant pay for wifi that is not working and then the team blame it on the rooter settings. PLEASE advise is is going to be done today
