****PIEST & UNRELIABLE ISP

I've been using the unrealiable Rain sim card since April last year. Though its unable but I have continued using it. I haven't had internet connectivity since the 30 Dec 2020 yet my account has been debited on the 2 Jan 2021. I enquired with Rain and to date no body has bothered to respond or assist me. I've decided to cancel the contract at the end of Jan. Rain is a bunch of ********. I dont have internet yet they will debit my account again at the end of Jan 2021.
