Piece of **** Company :)

It’s been 7 days since the tower by me(Bluff) apparently went out.. but you can’t provide any feedback or a turnaround time. But you continue to charge a full price despite a week of no internet? When will this tower be sorted? Pathetic company. Easily take your customers money but provide ZERO service and your customer care is embarrassing.
