Piece of **** **** artists!

If I could give negative 1000, I would. The network is slow, they throttle whenever they feel like it. I paid for November on the 25th and changed the date to the 1st Jan (which is what the website gave me) and is now asking me for money, taking from my account (luckily I didn't have enough money) and double charging me. Even though I have cancelled, they still have the nerve to charge me for the month of December! I am returning the device immediately and I want to cancellation expedited! Rain, you are **** artists, foue staff are uninformed and I will NEVER recommend this company. I've had to cancel my card cos I'm sick of you *****ing from me! You've lost a customer and so much more!
