Phishing ****

I was caught in a phishing ****. Not the gullible type but everything seemed legit. A customer service survey from Rain. Ultimately it was a scan and I am out of pocket as a result. Upon reporting it I was informed that they are aware of the problem. Has they sent out any warnings I would also have been aware. To date no warning received and not even their website makes mention. :(
