Phindile Lukhele's exceptional service
After months of a bad experience with Rain 4G Sim card and my connection and billing issue was sorted out by a lady named Phindile Lukhele. Even the service manager can learn a thing from her, providing feedback, tracing the source of the problem and also providing extra information I meant need in the near future without me asking for it.
