Phefo Kekana. Miss Winds, she constantly blows me away.

I have to say although I am not entirely happy with my connection, Mmaphefo kekana has been nothing but graceful in attending to my queries. This is my second encounter with her and the last time was before this Pandemic and on both occasions she has been nothing but helpful and goes out of her way to ensure I am okay. Thank you.
